Three College of Humanities faculty members have been selected as 2018-19 fellows for the UA's Academic Leadership Institute.
Tyler Meier, Executive Director of the UA Poetry Center; Denis Provencher, Professor and Head of the Department of French and Italian and Interim Director of the Institute for LGBT Studies; and Judd Ruggill, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Public and Applied Humanities, will join 23 other colleagues across campus in the leadership training sessions beginning in August.
The Academic Leadership Institute, a partnership between the Office of the Provost and the Division of Human Resources, is a yearlong professional development program in which current and emerging campus leaders participate in discussions and workshops to help them develop their leadership skills.
